Convoluted Tubing is manufactured from three high grade materials, Nylon 6, Flame Retarded Nylon 6 and Polyproplene. The lightweight characteristics of convoluted tubing allows it to be used in industries where weight restrictions are prevalent. The thin wall also gives superb flexibility. It is also available in a slit format (/S) and when used with the appropriate HWT tool allows sample post-termination application.
Convoluted tubing can be used to protect cables from crush damage.
